Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Perform operational and administrative support to the teamHandle physical document submitted from the customers and dispatch benefit payment to the customers within regulatory timelinePrepare and arrange blasting the e-communication messages to the customers on a regular basisSupport initiatives to enhance customer experience via streamlining and digital journeyConduct testing of the new initiative of e-communication messages before implementationPerform quality assurance of management statistic report produced by Operation TeamHandle special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by assistant managers/managersSome careers have more impact than others.
