Position Profile: Senior Office Sales Solutions Specialist

The Senior Office Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging existing Ricoh accounts with a primary focus on customer retention and expanding Ricoh’s product and service footprint. This is a 100% telephone-based sales role requiring a minimum of 30 outbound calls/activities per day. The specialist must maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in RForce regarding potential opportunities within assigned accounts. The role may expand to include responsibilities such as ZBA, lead generation, or other projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales within the SMB customer segment using a telephone-based approach Make a minimum of 30 outbound business-to-business calls/activities daily Focus on customer retention and expansion of Ricoh’s equipment and service offerings Effectively communicate, sell, and handle objections with a customer-first mindset Deliver prepared sales messaging to describe products and services Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service Meet or exceed revenue and placement goals for equipment and services Maintain detailed records of account activity in the RForce sales database Serve as the first point of contact for customers Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related sales environment Minimum of 2 years of successful telephone-based B2B account management and development At least 6 months of Ricoh sales experience

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes Ability to follow instructions and think independently Coachable and accountable Self-motivated with consistent drive Effective team player Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated business acumen and account planning ability Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
