Are you ready to bring strategic vision and expertise to a world-class client portfolio? We’re looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner who can elevate workplace planning through strong data analysis, innovation, and client engagement.

What This Job Involves

As a Senior Occupancy Planner, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing strategic occupancy plans for our clients. Your day-to-day will include:

Relationship Building

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Real Estate, Business Units, Finance, Project Management, Move Coordination, Facilities, and other Occupancy PlannersGathering and reconciling headcount forecasts from various stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Driving Solutions

Developing occupancy plans and space scenarios to optimize office layouts and usageManaging and sequencing office and seat moves, migrations, and relocationsResolving planning issues and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelinesLeading site-specific planning strategies with senior leadershipRecommending and enforcing space standards, processes, and policies

Reporting & Analysis

Visualizing and presenting space utilization data to clients and decision-makersComparing actual vs. projected seat demand, supply, and capacityForecasting inventory changes and reconciling discrepanciesDelivering clear, actionable reports on headcount, supply, and demand

Technical Expertise

Creating AutoCAD test-fit drawings and space plansPerforming adjacency analysis and translating requirements into physical layoutsCollecting and evaluating space and occupancy dataUsing CAFM/IWMS software to support planning and reportingUsing advanced data analysis to drive recommendations

We want to hear from candidates who are:

Experienced in occupancy planning, space utilization, real estate, or facilities managementProficient in AutoCAD for test-fit drawings and office layout creationStrong with data analysis—able to interpret complex information and communicate findings effectivelyComfortable meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutionsSkilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliar with CAFM/IWMS or other space management softwareDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communicators, able to build relationships and influence across diverse teamsKnowledgeable about workplace design trends (collaborative, mobile, flexible environments)Strategic thinkers who can simplify complexity and drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field
