Position Summary
This is the first level of the Work Management Specialist (WMS) classification. A WMS supports the work management process by performing critical activities such as developing schedules that integrate all tasks at the nuclear sites, coordinates/communicates during the preparation and execution phase of work, monitors/tracks progress of activities, prepares reports, and ensures that lessons learned are captured and evaluated to ensure continuous improvement. This is accomplished with minimal supervision. In time, incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and work with greater independence.
