Join us. **Job Description** + Coordinate with project management and other stakeholders to ensure that design + deliverables were delivered as per the authority submission requirements and timely submission of Information NOC/ Pre-Final Design NOC/ Preliminary Design NOC and Final Design NOC via RTA E-NOC portal as per the project requirement. + Attend kick-off and co-ordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to + the design team. + Submission of Information NOC/ Pre-Final Design NOC/ Preliminary Design NOC and + Final Design NOC via RTA E-NOC portal as per the project requirement. + Ensure the Design team delivers required documents in accordance with Authorities requirement, guidelines, and standard specification. + Submission and follow up of Initial & Final Master plan to DDA, Dubai Municipality & Trakhees via online portal. + Submission of Sign Off Sheets to DEWA PTP, DEWA WTP, Du, Etisalat, DM, DCD, Dubai Police, Dubai Ambulance Services etc. and further follow up for the approvals. + Building Permit submission via Dubai-BPS. + Submission & coordination with DDA for the Final Design / Revision of Final Design. + Design study submission to RTA ROWPS system. + Submission to Etihad WE, Etihad Rail, ADNOC, RAK Municipality etc. + Proper monitoring of the NOCs in process and comments to be forwarded to the concerned team in a timely manner. + Liaison between Authorities and Design team and arrange meetings whenever required. + Follow up with authorities to receive feedback, comments and/or approval within an + acceptable time frame. + Prepare and maintain the updated NOC & SOS tracker. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field + Minimum **8–10 years’ experience** , including strong exposure to **microtunneling and underground utilities** + Proven experience in **NOC submissions, approvals, and coordination** with authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, DU, etc.) + Strong knowledge of **utility diversion plans, as‑built drawings, and permit requirements** + Ability to review, prepare, and validate **NOC documents, shop drawings, and method statements** + Excellent stakeholder coordination and ability to follow up on approvals proactively + Strong understanding of **HSE requirements** related to tunneling and underground works + Excellent communication and report‑writing skills **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
