You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, combining your technical expertise and sales skills to create secure, multi-year solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive digital transformation. Working with a virtual team of domain experts, you'll guide complex service solutions from concept to implementation. You'll design managed service solutions that integrate technology and service design within the networking domain, ensuring they meet client requirements and exceed market standards. Your role involves validating new features, recommending improvements, and staying engaged during and post-implementation to ensure smooth service transitions. You'll be responsible for mapping client requirements to create comprehensive service solutions that include cloud services, technology architectures, and ITSM best practices. Your work will involve developing and executing consulting approaches that result in detailed statements of requirements, scope, transition documents, and cost models. In addition to your design Responsibilities, you will support our sales teams by presenting architecture solutions to clients, emphasizing cost savings and growth opportunities. You'll also share insights on client outcomes and market conditions to help evolve our global strategies and develop future-focused solutions. As an advisor and mentor, you'll provide coaching to team members and guide them through service design challenges. You will also be responsible for vendor management, ensuring a seamless transition to service delivery teams and maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle. **To thrive in this role, you need to have:** + Advanced proficiency in Network/Infrastructure Managed Services and delivery models, including cloud and global delivery. + Expertise in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services. + Strong ability to work with costing models in collaboration with sales and finance stakeholders. + Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in technology and Managed Services Integration. + Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret DATA for solution design. + Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions to all levels, including C-suite decision-makers. + Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements and present solutions. + Collaborative team player, able to contribute to team success in a matrixed organization. + Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
