We’re looking for a Senior Network Purchasing Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our global distribution network. In this role, you’ll drive cost efficiencies, support pivotal initiatives, and provide insightful analysis that fuels operational excellence. You’ll represent TJXC Distribution Services—including third-party DCs—on impactful global projects, all while leading contracts and championing cost avoidance strategies. What You’ll Do:

Leads strategic contract management initiatives, leveraging deep expertise to drive cost avoidance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply network.

Delivers high-impact analytics and quarterly reporting to senior leadership, identifying trends and anomalies in purchased services and recommending proactive, data-driven actions.

Forecasts supply utilization through production analysis, ensuring optimal inventory levels and preventing shortages or excess, in close collaboration with GS&P on contract negotiations and amendments.

Conducts detailed audits of contract invoices, analyzing line-item data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and prevent billing inaccuracies with both short- and long-term financial implications.

Champions and leads Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, focused on enhancing purchasing processes and driving network-wide efficiencies.

Oversees year-end supply inventory planning for all six Distribution Centers (DCs), ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic goals.

Monitors production forecasts against supply trends, proactively adjusting plans to maintain inventory integrity and avoid disruptions.

Collaborates cross-functionally with DC Operations and GS&P, advancing sustainable sourcing strategies and optimizing procurement processes to support seamless supply flow and space utilization.

Coordinates testing of new and existing supplies, partnering with DCs and CI teams to validate vendor specifications and address performance gaps.

Ensures compliance with supply control protocols across DCs, escalating non-compliance issues and supporting corrective actions.

Drives sustainability initiatives, including the development of reporting frameworks and analytical insights to support environmental and operational goals.

Build and manage strategic relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance and support sustainability goals.

Represent TJXC in global initiatives, supplier reviews, and cross-functional CI projects to drive operational improvements.

Facilitate SLA reviews and vendor meetings to enhance performance and accountability.

Act as an internal consultant, identifying and implementing process enhancements across the supply network.

About You:

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in procurement, sourcing or related field preferred, with developing expertise in strategic contract management

Strong organizational, communication, supplier relationship management and intermediate analytical skills are required

Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately.

Experience in inventory management, program administration, financial cost analysis and forecasting, and project management

Strong project management skills including structured project methodologies (i.e. figuring out needs, researching existing programs, etc.); applying multiple sources of information to develop well-structured business recommendations preparing and maintaining detailed development plans for projects; determining project specifications; understanding and applying principles of project control; and knowledge of and ability to use project reporting systems

Salary Range: $74,752.50-$104,653.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
