As a Senior Network Process & Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our business processes to drive operational and cost efficiency within a global network environment. What will do + Support in designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and cost efficiency. + Develop, interpret, and utilize complex metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs project management. + Support on project management to oversee and control resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables within a large organizational context. + Stakeholder engagement, including preparing and presenting detailed reports and insights for senior leadership. + Manage sensitive, confidential information with a high level of discretion and adherence to global data security standards. + Support and implement improvements to process related with budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making. + Cover working hours from 8 am - 5 pm (CET) What you will need + Extensive experience working in complex, global environments supporting network operations and delivery + Extensive experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to ensure seamless customer support. + Proficient in utilizing domain-specific data analytics tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making + Extensive experience on project or program management + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in business analysis and data analysis What you will bring + 5+ year relevant experience (Data analysis, Project Management, Cost management, Global network management) + Demonstrated ability to manage organizational changes ensuring alignment with strategic financial and operational plans. + Experience in data management, metrics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making. + Proficient in financial program management, including budgeting, forecasting Salary starting from 91,000 CZK gross monthly.
