Senior Network Planning Analyst

Join our Planning Center of Expertise, where you will lead global supply planning and own the strategic planning process that drives efficiency, resilience, and value across our network. **What you will do** + Develop and own optimized medium- to long-term global supply plans for designated products, plants, and regions. + Lead and manage the planning process within the Planning CoE, ensuring alignment with Stryker’s strategic and financial objectives. + Act as the strategic owner of planning—driving scenarios, influencing trade-offs, and guiding decisions through the IBP process. + Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Network, and Commercial) to ensure continuous supply, efficient inventory use, and financial accountability. + Allocate demand across global manufacturing sites and monitor shifts in supply or demand, driving scenario planning to mitigate risk. + Communicate and track performance against budgets and key efficiency targets. + Contribute to building best practices, tools, and standards to elevate global planning maturity. **What you need** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain; MBA or Master’s preferred. + 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Planning Management; medical device experience a plus. + Expertise in supply chain planning systems (SAP IBP/SNP, Oracle ASCP, Demantra, APO) and advanced Excel skills. + Strong financial acumen and ability to connect planning decisions to business outcomes. + 2+ years of S&OP/IBP experience, with proven success influencing across global, matrixed organizations. + APICS certification preferred; international experience strongly desired. + Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
