The services provided under this Contract support areas including HPC, infrastructure maintenance for HPC systems, networking, office automation, and the development of specialized software. AT&T has an opening for a **Senior Network Engineer** : To support our end-user community by providing Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote supports for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. **Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + Provide Tier 2/3 network engineering support for end user and enterprise environments. + Deliver system level design, architecture, and enterprise security solution. + Configure, install and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. + Manage network boundaries, datacenter virtualization, CAN/LAN/MAN infrastructure, and packet capture software. + Administer routing/switching protocols, TCP/IP protocol stack, stateful firewalls and L3/L4 access controls. + Must have skills to install, configure, and support the following: + Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC) + Support local-campus networks, workplace peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to ensure availability, performance, and security. + Document technical processes, maintain system records and provide knowledge transfer. + Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite. + Able to support on-call requirements. + Virtualization products; VMWare and Solaris containers. + Work to be performed in Ft.
