In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in implementing network security policies across routers and firewallsManage production networks including Internet Protocol backbone, data centers and edge pops across the globeEnsure the continuous availability of all data network servicesIdentify gaps, risks and issues and navigate organizational structure to resolve themPerform quarterly proactive network testing to ensure proper functioning and reliability of the networkInvestigate and remediate network capacity related issuesApply knowledge of security and regulatory policies to design and implement foolproof secured network solutionsProvide resolution information and work with other teams to complete impact analysisDeliver comprehensive and maintenance plans for change management review and approvalMentor and train network operations team in the installation, configuration, and maintenancePartner cross-functionally with other Product Infrastructure teams in order to continuously improve and apply standards and policies relevant to operational excellenceLead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
Review customer information with the technology team
Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer
Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations
Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
Provide guidance on leveraging new technology


Required Qualifications:

10 years' experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP) in a large enterprise environmentStrong understanding of the following layer 2 switching protocols: Spanning Tree, Trunking, EtherChannelStrong understanding of the following: HSRP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, Multicast, Ethernet, EVPN, MLAG, CVPHands-on Experience in performing Tech Refreshes, Connection Migrations in a Data Center EnvironmentExperience with configuration of Cisco routing and switching latest platforms and solutions - Cisco Nexus and Arista product line.Excellent documentation and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated skill with creating and/or updating technical design documentation used by engineering teams.Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio ProfessionalMust be self-driven and able to work with little supervision and directionExecute changes via the Wells Fargo change control process, assist on mitigating risk by proactively addressing capacity problems or system related issues, participate in enterprise level projects from an engineering perspective and responsible for Design, review, implement, test/validate and research.Strong understanding of DNS/domain servicesWorking & understanding Risks on a day-to-day work3+ years related business analysis / design.1-2 yrs of working cross-functionality with tech & non-tech experience.4-5 years exp in tech project managementExperience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due datesDemonstrable experience of engaging partners and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.Demonstrated thought leadership and have experience engaging with senior leaders and managers.Excellent documentation and verbal communication skillsMust be self-driven and able to work with little supervision and direction.


Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computers or Electronics with 7-9 Years of Networking ExperienceCCNA or CCNP/DP Certification preferred - Routing/Switching, DatacenterExperience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now.Experience in a Financial DC environment is an added advantage.Experience working in Agile methodologyWorking knowledge on multiple vendor platforms like - Cisco, AristaStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Proficient with JiraExperience working in Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document progress
