Overview **Position contingent upon contract award** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Network Engineer to support government contractor requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR). Essential Job Duties Plans, directs, and coordinates business processes / activities to support program data processing, information systems, and systems analysis. Manage and mentor subordinate personnel. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 12 years’ experience An active Top Secret / SCI security clearance. DOD Cyber WorkForce (DCWF) 441 Certifications: CCNA or CEH or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or GCIH or Security + or SSCP or equivalent / higher. Design, develop, and engineer solutions to complex theater network challenges. Assist subordinates in developing network engineering solutions and ensure integration of best practices across these solutions. Assist in enabling standardization of theater network engineering solutions for all supported organizations. Oversee network engineering tasks performed by subordinates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction. Work Environment Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700 May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.  Working at SOSi All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
