Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a professional with experience in financial contract negotiation for a long-term contract role support our client in Downtown Dallas. This role is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate ISDA and other financial trading agreements with a wide range of counterparties, including banks, mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, corporations, and insurance companies.Utilize established templates and negotiation playbooks to draft, review, and manage third-party outreach for contract establishment.Ensure contracts achieve an appropriate balance of risk in alignment with organizational policies and standards.Collaborate with clients and their counsel through conference calls, meetings, and electronic communication.Partner with internal stakeholders in legal, credit, risk management, and sales functions regarding document terms.Provide guidance and support to junior team members on day-to-day questions and tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating ISDA or other financial trading documentation.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.Law degree preferred but not required.
