The Senior MW Engineer/Integration Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable and resilient integration solutions that connect complex cloud applications across the enterprise. By leading the development of integration processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with architects and business stakeholders, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions that are critical to operational efficiency and business agility.

This position reports to the Dev Lead (Senior Manager) and is part of the MW Development Team located in Kraków (Poland) and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy integration processes of varying complexity across production and non-production environments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to create and maintain robust integration solutions using Boomi and related integration frameworks.

Define process interfaces, data models, and integration points across diverse and complex cloud-based applications.

Provide Level 3 (L3) support for integration operations, assisting the support team in diagnosing complex production issues and promoting knowledge sharing within the group.

Develop and maintain organized unit tests, ensuring compliance with code coverage and quality standards.

Who you are:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or possess equivalent industry experience.

Bring 5+ years of professional experience in integration or software development.

Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi or comparable platforms such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc.

Proficient in working with Boomi components such as Shapes and Connectors (e.g., Database, Web Services, SFTP, HTTP).

Possess a solid understanding of integration protocols and standards, including HTTPS, SOAP, REST, SSL, XML, JSON, XSLT, EDI, and SQL.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Boomi Professional Developer and/or Architect certification(s).

Experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with software development design patterns and integration architecture best practices.
