Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Senior Municipal Project Manager/Engineer to join our Kitchener, ON office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Municipal Engineer with a background in detailed design and skills in leadership and business development to advance their career and make their mark.
The appropriately qualified candidate will have extensive experience in design, design reviews, report writing, proposal writing, as well as building relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be expected to grow and lead a municipal design team in the delivery of infrastructure projects to customers primarily within the municipal water, wastewater and stormwater sector.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline plus 8 (eight) years of experience in municipal civil engineering design and CADP. Eng designation in OntarioDesign experience in surface grading, water and sewer pipe networks and detail designExperience working with AutoCAD and Civil 3D 2016Proficient with MS Office SuitePreferred Qualifications :
15+ years of related experience in municipal civil engineering design and CADExperience in Stormwater Management procedures and design.Experience in transportation design /reconstruction projectsExperience in land use planning and land development or site plan preparation and studiesExperience with design of trenchless methods for installation of small and large diameter watermains and sewersFamiliarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStationFamiliarity with software for modelling water transmission/distribution systemsFamiliarity with water and wastewater treatment systems.Certification such as PMP or related are desirableGood time management skillsConstruction inspection experienceExcellent attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and clientsComfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environmentAbility to work and communicate with clients, contractors and other AECOM staffAdditional InformationRelocation is not available for this position.Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.About AECOM
