This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to drive growth and make a real impact. **What You'll Do:** As a Senior Moves Manager, you will be responsible for the following: **Project Leadership:** + Partner with leadership to identify and define exciting new MAC project opportunities, contributing your insights and market knowledge. + Lead and execute MAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. + Take ownership of project scope, proactively managing changes, risks, and issues to keep projects on track. + Provide clear direction and guidance for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. **Business Growth & Innovation:** + Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through innovative solutions and a deep understanding of client needs. + Support the sales process by developing compelling solutions, participating in presentations, and engaging in consultative meetings. + Contribute to the development of our MAC Playbook, products, and services, shaping our offerings and driving continuous improvement. **Relationship Building:** + Forge strong relationships with current and prospective clients, showcasing our MAC project delivery capabilities and building long-term partnerships. + Collaborate closely with supply partners to bring cutting-edge innovation and cost-effective solutions to our clients. + Work collaboratively with operational managers and colleagues to foster a supportive and high-performing team environment. **Financial Acumen & Optimization:** + Develop and implement strategies to maximize project profitability through effective cost management, vendor negotiation, and resource optimization. + Design and implement monetization strategies to drive revenue growth on MAC project sales. + Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets. **What You'll Need to Succeed:** **Skills:** + Commercial Awareness: A solid understanding of business principles and market dynamics. + Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage project budgets effectively. + Networking & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. + Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to resolving project challenges. + Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. **Knowledge:** + Move (Porterage) & Furniture Supply Chains: Familiarity with the logistics and sourcing of resources for MAC projects. + AutoCAD: Proven experience with AutoCAD 2020 and above (or a strong willingness to learn). + Space Planning: Demonstrated experience in space planning, ideally within a corporate setting (or a strong willingness to learn). + Corporate Moves: Proven experience in managing corporate relocation projects (or a strong willingness to learn). + MAC Project Management Methodology: Familiarity with industry best practices in MAC project management. + Financial Terminology: A working knowledge of general financial concepts. **Experience (preferred):** + 5 + years of experience in project management. + Experience managing MAC (Move, Add, Change) projects within corporate environments. + Experience within workplace strategy, design, or facilities management. **What We Offer:** + A dynamic and collaborative work environment. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + The chance to work on exciting projects that shape the future of workplaces. + A competitive salary and benefits package. + The chance to work with a respected industry leader. _Disclaimer:_ _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner &Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity.
