Mercer Careers is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Senior Mobility Consultant

We will count on you to:

Lead and proactively manage client accounts, overseeing end-to-end portfolio management.

Drive Mercer’s mobility business and contribute to the development of Mercer Career products and services.

Provide strategic advice to clients on global mobility policies, assignment costings, compensation data, and expatriate management.

Lead and deliver complex mobility consulting projects, including large-scale program design, policy reviews, cost modeling, talent management, process and program development, communications, and HR strategy.

Connect clients with Mercer’s comprehensive mobility offerings, such as participating in relevant surveys and initiatives, serving as a reference for RFPs and consulting engagements.

Implement solutions by deploying Mercer’s tools, data, and systems effectively.

Renew existing client contracts, identify new prospects, and expand the client base.

Collaborate on mobility initiatives led by regional mobility leader.

Support the rollout of new regional programs and initiatives within Singapore.

Work closely with the regional mobility team to enhance the portfolio and business opportunities in Singapore.

Coach, mentor, and train analysts in the mobility team.

Oversee client servicing and renewal processes managed by dedicated analysts.

Collaborate with the Singapore Careers team to cross-sell mobility products and projects.

Serve as technical reviewer for client deliverables related to mobility.

Actively participate in mobility forums, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Develop new solution areas in collaboration with other reward/talent verticals.

Manage major RFPs, vendor reviews and escalations.

What you need to have:

Prior experience in consulting or in-house roles within global mobility.

Strong technical expertise in expatriate management, including tax, immigration/relocation, assignment costings/packages, and other mobility-related topics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective stakeholder and project management capabilities.

Proven client engagement skills, including presenting proposals, articulating viewpoints, and communicating project outcomes.

Ability to independently manage projects and deliver results.

Target driven, agile and highly motivated.
