We are seeking a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer for one my clients to lead the modernization of their mobile platforms across iOS and Android. This role is critical in shaping the technical strategy and delivering scalable mobile solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Required Skills:

8+ years in native/cross-platform mobile development 7+ years with technologies like Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin, Node, React, Ember Experience in mobile/web scalability and design systems Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Test) Proven retail domain experience is mandatory Strong communication skills including executive-level engagement

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of modern mobile technologies (iOS-focused, Android also required) Drive cross-platform development strategies and architecture Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, UI optimization) Mentor mobile engineers and lead code reviews Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Executive stakeholders
