Duties and responsibilities related to the Senior Mixologist role:
Reporting to the Director of Food Beverage, oversee the hotel’s beverage strategy as a senior leader within the division.Curate and craft innovative cocktail menus that embody the elegance of Park Hyatt, drawing inspiration from global trends, seasonal ingredients, and guest preferences.Uphold uncompromising standards of consistency, artistry, and service, ensuring every drink reflects the refinement of a luxury destination.Introduce seasonal signatures and bespoke experiences, including exclusive masterclasses, tastings, and private events that engage and delight our guests.Drive financial accountability within the bar operation, contributing to overall profitability, while enhancing both guest satisfaction scores and colleague engagement.Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the team, encouraging exploration of new concepts, techniques, and pairings to continually elevate the guest journey.Act as an ambassador for the hotel’s beverage philosophy, engaging with guests and colleagues to share expertise and create memorable moments.About you
With proven expertise in luxury mixology and bar operations, you bring not only creativity and technical mastery but also leadership and business acumen.
