Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance in Deerfield Beach, FL. Duties Include: * Serve as the Finance functional lead for the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting * Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and solutions that are aligned with D365 best practices and automotive industry needs * Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with stakeholders including finance, accounting, and compliance teams * Configure and customize D365 F&O Finance modules, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards * Collaborate with technical teams to manage data migration, system integrations, and custom development when needed * Support testing cycles, including writing test scripts, conducting unit testing, supporting UAT, and training end users * Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights on process optimization, control improvements, and system enhancements * Provide post-go-live support and change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement
