**Overview of the Job:** · The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts, as well as product sell-in to retailers. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth. · Focus on Sportswear Apparel. **Reporting Line:** · Direct report to Manager, Merchandising, NSP Sportswear Apparel GC **Key Partnership:** · Consumer merch · Assortment planning · SSD · VMS · Account sales / Sell-in & Sell-through **Job Responsibility:** · Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way. · Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc. · Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision. · Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores. · Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace. · Coordinate cross Sport assigned project process and deliverables. **Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):** · GC Consumer and marketplace knowledge · Merchandising / buying experience in retail industry · Fluent in English · Retail and financial acumen · Office tools **Experience Required (Soft skills):** · Demonstrate Brand Passion · Strong sense of responsibility- deliver high profile x-functional communication · Continuously Grow and Develop with teamwork and Diversity · Innovative & solution-driven mindset NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
