Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth. + Focus on Men’s Sports Footwear. **Reporting Line:** + Direct report to Manager, Merchandising, NSP Sports Footwear GC **Key Partnership:** + Consumer merch + Assortment planning + SSD + VMS + Account sales / Sell-in & Sell-through **Job Responsibility** : + Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way. + Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc. + Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision. + Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores. + Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace. + Coordinate cross Sport assigned project process and deliverables. **Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):** + GC Consumer and marketplace knowledge + Merchandising / buying experience in retail industry + Fluent in English + Retail and financial acumen + Office tools **Experience Required (Soft skills):** + Demonstrate Brand Passion + Strong sense of responsibility- deliver high profile x-functional communication + Continuously Grow and Develop with teamwork and Diversity + Innovative & solution-driven mindset NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
