**Overview of the Job:** + The role is responsible for shaping the merchandising strategy, managing the consumer product offering, and leading end-to-end product conversation with Global and Geo counterparts to drive sustainable growth for Nike Kids. + Focus on Kids Sportswear footwear **Reporting Line:** + Direct report to GC Kids footwear merchandising director **Key Partnership:** + GC Kids x-functional team + Global Kids merchandising + GC merchandising **Job Responsibility** : + Be a consumer, product and merchandising expert. + Initiate creative ideas for Kids product development. + Partner with global on GC product request. Provide GC insight & deliver long term product line plan. + Product management encompasses setting GC's strategic intent, managing the product lifecycle, determining pricing and flow, and conducting performance analysis. + Keep end in mind. Work with the marketplace team to drive assortment segmentation and differentiation. **Skills / Experience Required** + Consumer product merchandising experience / knowledge + Curious about Kids consumer and footwear products. Offers creative ideas and innovative solutions. + Look to the future.
