WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join ACG Merchandising team to activate the merchandising strategy for ACG
Footwear, across Men’s and Women’s.
You will work closely with Global Merchandising teams, where you will represent the voice of
the EMEA consumer, line plan and finalize seasonal assortments, and influence future
product direction through consumer and marketplace insights.
You will partner with Sales and Nike Direct teams to bring the product and merchandising
vision to life in the right destinations, through the right distribution, segmentation, and
assortment strategies.
Cross-functionally, you will collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Geo Product Creation, as
well Energy team. Together, you will ensure the right insights, trends, and opportunities are
actioned with speed - serving new consumers, shaping the future of the brand, and creating
demand in EMEA.

how to translate emerging observations and trends into clear, actionable merchandising
strategies. You combine Art & Science - using consumer insight, commercial acumen, and
storytelling to influence internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market process, from future line planning through
seasonal execution. The goal of the role is to serve the EMEA consumer with the best ACG
Footwear product line-up, available where consumers shop, at the right time, right price, and
right place.A successful Senior Merchant will be self-driven, curious and adaptable, while contributing to
an inclusive, positive, and collaborative team dynamic.
Requirements
Proven experience in Merchandising, Retail Buying, Product Management, Sales
and/or relevant experience
Passion for product and demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace
dynamics.
Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends and translating them into
concrete line-planning opportunities.
Ability to deliver results against tight timelines and changing priorities.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with confidence working across peers,
cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of accountability, project management, and
stakeholder management capability.
Experience in Outdoor and/or Performance categories is preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Activate ACG Merchandising Footwear strategy grounded in EMEA-specific
consumer and marketplace insights.
Own and manage EMEA product line plans, from future vision to seasonal adoption,
including pricing architecture, segmentation, and assortment frameworks.
Translate consumer needs, behaviors, and emerging trends into actionable product
briefs and line plan inputs that fuel long-term growth.
Partner with Global Merchandising by feeding back EMEA insights to influence future
product creation and line planning decisions.
Collaborate with Sales and Nike Direct to build compelling shopping destinations
through the right distribution and segmentation strategies.
Create EMEA-relevant assortment frameworks that bring product vision to life in the
marketplace while ensuring clarity, scale, and profitability.
Work closely with Planning to align on seasonal financial plans and targets.
Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners through clear communication,
storytelling, and strong point of view.
Manage multiple seasonal workstreams with precision, delivering results in
a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
