Job Description Our client is looking to hire a Senior Estimator to help build their current estimation department. The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in the pre-construction process, responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project budgets and cost estimates—including detailed breakdowns and rough order of magnitude (ROM) projections. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics, construction sequencing, and cost modeling to ensure estimates are accurate, logical, and tailored for presentations, project pursuits, and change order evaluations. This person will support the tri-state market with the potential to support their New England and Florida projects as cope grows.
