Come join our fast-growing Wage garnishment Business as a Client Service Senior Mentor. 

 

In this role, The Senior Client Service Mentor for Wage Garnishments plays a critical role in ensuring excellent client service and compliance with wage garnishment regulations, both internally and externally. This individual is a subject matter expert in wage garnishment processes and acts as a mentor to junior client service representatives, guiding them in handling complex cases and delivering exceptional client experiences. 

Responsibilities

Client Service Excellence: Provides outstanding client service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to wage garnishments in a timely and accurate manner. Garnishment Processing: Oversees the accurate and timely processing of all types of wage garnishments, including child support, student loans, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions. Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensures meticulous record keeping of garnishment orders, calculations, and remittances, maintaining compliance with federal and state laws and internal policies. Mentorship & Training: Serves as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring junior team members on wage garnishment procedures, best practices, and client communication. Issue Resolution: Investigates and resolves complex garnishment-related issues, collaborating with internal departments like payroll and legal, and external entities such as courts and agencies. Process Improvement: Analyzes existing workflows related to garnishments and recommends and implements improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Communication & Support: Effectively communicates with clients, employees, courts, and agencies, providing clear and concise information regarding garnishment orders, deductions, and payment processes. Adherence to Regulations: Stays informed about changes in federal and state wage garnishment regulations and ensures the team adheres to all applicable laws and guidelines. 

Key Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of payroll processes and the intricacies of wage garnishment laws (federal and state). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven experience in mentoring and training junior staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, and other relevant technologies.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 - USD $120,200.00 / Year*
