Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights)
Location: Leeds
Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:45pm - 7:45am (2-week rolling rota)
Salary: £28,354.27/year (£13.85/hr) + overtime (£15.35/hr) + £35/week on-call
Shift pattern:

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, SunWeek 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights), you'll provide consistent, person-centred care, supervise support staff, and help shape a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Your Role

Lead and support night staffDeliver high-quality personal and mental health careAdminister medication, manage recordsSupport new staff and act as shift leadPromote safety, dignity, and independence

Experience in mental health careUnderstanding of care plans & risk assessmentsStrong leadership & communication skillsA passion for recovery and inclusion
