We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mendix Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will play a critical role in guiding development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and experience delivering Mendix applications in complex environments.

We are looking for Senior Mendix Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

·       Senior Mendix Development Projects: Oversee end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications, from requirement gathering through to deployment and support.

·       Architecture & Design: Define technical architecture, design scalable and performant Mendix applications, and integrate with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.).

·       Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and facilitate agile development workflows.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement unit and integration testing.

·       Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance, maintain system health, and troubleshoot production issues.

·       Governance & Standards: Enforce Mendix development standards and contribute to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.

You’ll win us over by:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       4+ Years of Mendix development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

·       Mendix Advanced Developer certification (Expert certification is a strong plus).

·       Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

·       Proficient in integrating Mendix with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, OData, web services, and third-party tools.

·       Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Mendix Cloud, Azure, AWS).

·       Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and SQL.
