About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary field-based medical professional interested in shaping the management of people with Type 1 diabetes. MSLs are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring ‘win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights.

MSLs provide field or hybrid medical support that is aligned and integrated with the overall medical strategy. Reporting to the T1D MSL Team Lead, this role is strategically positioned to realise the ambition for Type 1 Diabetes and contribute to the overall future success of Sanofi.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific Engagement and Exchange (50%)Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and institutionsLead the development and implementation of strategic, impactful field medical engagement plansCommunicate accurate, fair, and balanced information about T1D disease, products, and therapies compliantlyLead the collation, analysis, and evaluation of field insightsGenerate and share actionable insights through appropriate toolsSupport the medical team with data analysis and evaluation
 About YouExperience:Stakeholder strategy and planningStakeholder engagement across healthcare systems and environmentsExperience in Immunology or Type 1 Diabetes field-based Medical activities (preferred)Experience in academia or research (highly desirable)

Education:

Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (e.g. MSc, PhD, PharmD preferred)
