Senior Medical Representative

**THE POSITION**
+ You will get the chance to pioneer the launch of a new Lytics product and be a change agent to better stroke care services in Singapore.
+ You will interact with various different stakeholders involved in the care journey of stroke patients, gathering insights, developing strategy/tactics to unlock or remove barriers to better stroke care services.
+ As in-field customer facing personnel, you will get to work with cross functional brand team to design and execute initiatives for the new launch Lytics product.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ **Drive Strategic Account and Territory Performance** - meet/exceed sales targets for assigned product(s) within a designated territory through achievement of related quantitative/qualitative strategic account KPIs.
+ **Strategic Account Planning** - Lead development of cross-functional strategic account plans based on robust understanding of patient journey, account potential, current contribution, drivers, barriers, key stakeholders, critical success factors, resources required and desired outcomes.
+ **Strategic Account Plan Execution** – Lead the successful execution of strategic account plan objectives, ensuring tailored customer interactions, strengthening partnerships with stakeholders. Implement Multi Channel Cycle Plans and drive strategic initiatives to achieve defined qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
+ **Demonstrate Superior Customer Engagement Capability** - Build and sustain strong strategic relationships with key account stakeholders. Effective Knowledge depth and effective Customer Engagement Skill proficiency. Digitally fluent/ tech savvy, capable and confident in presenting.
+ **Adhere to Compliance, Code of Conduct and Policies** - Responsible for ensuring all company, industry or strategic account compliance requirements are understood, adhered to and established local compliance processes are followed.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in science or health sciences
+ Well established, knowledge of Singapore public hospital system/services & infrastructure
+ Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience as medical representative in public hospitals
+ Experience with new product launches and/or working experience in Public restructured hospitals or in neurology therapeutic area will be an added advantage
+ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with good spoken and written English
+ Ability to present scientific data in health sciences to healthcare professionals
