Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **We are searching for the best talent for the Sr Medical Manager Immunology & Specialty Care - Medical Head to be in Mexico City, Mexico.** **You will be responsible of:** + Managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. + Direct activities for medical affairs and medical information teams. + Communicate direction for the creation of materials and content used in scientific communications. + Develop policies and procedures for external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities. + Facilitate clinical studies and investigator-initiated research. + Maintain in-depth knowledge of professional information and technology through conferences and/or medical literature and acts as a resource for the team. + Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. + Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making. **Qualifications:** + Requires M.D. qualifications, as well as additional training and/or board certifications relevant to area of expertise. + Solid background experience in Immunology is a plus and desired + Proven experience as Sr Medical Manager in Pharm Industry is mandatory from 5-7 years. + English Fluent + Proven experience leading teams is mandatory
