We are looking for a new member in our team of experienced Brand Management professionals!

As a Senior Media Manager, your role will be pivotal in meeting consumers' preferences and needs across various touchpoints. From TV and online video to social networks, influencers, outdoor advertising, and radio, you will develop and implement compelling media strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
+ Manage p artnerships with various media & data vendors, tying knots between P&G and different partners and understanding the TV, Digital & Data landscape to implement new ideas.
+ Plan & Implement Comprehensive Media strategies and tactics for the total portfolio of P&G brands across different channels: TV, Online Video, Social networks, Influencers, Outdoor, Radio, etc.
+ Prepare negotiation strategies with Media vendors incl. but not limited to OLV sellers, Outdoor sellers, etc.
+ Manage Media agency’s work, co-partner in creating and executing Media plans
+ Ensure Media KPIs delivery on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis across total portfolio; prepare reports for the management with KPIs delivery and action plans in case of any under-deliveries.
+ Analyze, propose, and implement interventions to improve Media visibility and Awareness of our brands.
+ Maintain excellence across all projects, especially in the field of compliance with internal/corporate and external regulations, financial accuracy, documentation in line with legislation and P&G guidelines
+ Analyze project performance and recommend investment choices
+ Collaboration with various stakeholders on delivering new pilots and base business projects
+ Agency and muti-functional team supervision

+ Monthly salary starting from 3 00 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications
+ A higher education diploma
+ 4-8 years of expertise in Media & Digital (inhouse or agency) with local consumers
+ Deep understanding of current Russian Media landscape: vendors, agencies, platform, consumer consumption
+ Proven record in creating and leading digital, TV, out-of-home, radio and other media projects
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to gain actionable insights from data
+ Deep understanding and expertise in Media Measurement, Consumer analytics tools, other Industrial and tailor-made media tools
+ Fluent English, Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point
+ Proven leadership skills and out-of-the-box thinking, discipline in excellent plan execution
