We take pride in our expertise, integrity, and commitment to excellence—qualities that drive us to continuously improve and advance our product offerings. Join us in our efforts to build safer workplaces for everyone.
**Job Responsibilities** ****
1. Lead the design and optimization of core mechanical structures for gas detection instruments, including sensor installation chambers, shell protection structures, and portable instrument body designs. Ensure products comply with industry standards such as IP protection ratings (e.g., IP66/IP67), vibration resistance , and high/low temperature resistance to meet the usage requirements of different industrial scenarios.
2. Be responsible for the selection and verification of mechanical components of instruments, covering metal/non-metallic materials (e.g., aluminum alloy, engineering plastics ABS/PC, seals), precision hardware, and connection interfaces (e.g., threaded interfaces, quick-plug connectors). Balance cost, performance, and production processability, and solve potential problems such as material aging, seal failure, and structural deformation.
3. Collaborate with electronic engineers and software engineers in cross-departmental project development, participate in product requirement analysis and technical plan review. Ensure the compatibility of mechanical structures with circuit layouts, sensor performance, and firmware control logic, and improve the overall detection accuracy (e.g., error ≤ ±2% FS) and stability of instruments.
4. Lead simulation analysis and physical testing related to mechanical design. Use tools for structural strength, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics simulations. Cooperate with the laboratory to conduct drop tests, waterproof and dustproof tests, and long-term reliability tests, output test reports, and promote design improvements.
5. Formulate mechanical design specifications and technical documents, including structural drawings (2D/3D), BOM lists, assembly process manuals, and component inspection standards. Ensure the production process is implementable and traceable, and complete the precipitation of technical knowledge and on-the-job training for new employees.
6. Track cutting-edge technologies in mechanical design for the gas detection instrument industry, such as miniaturized structural design, modular assembly solutions, and low-power heat dissipation technology. Propose innovative design schemes based on market demands to enhance product competitiveness (e.g., reducing instrument volume by 20% and extending battery life by 30%).
7. Connect with the production department to solve mechanical process problems in mass production, such as injection molding defects and excessive assembly tolerances. Optimize the production process, improve production efficiency and product yield. Meanwhile, cooperate with the after-sales team to analyze mechanical faults reported by customers and provide technical support and improvement solutions.
**Job Requirements** ****
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, or related majors; a master's degree is preferred.
2. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of mechanical design experience in the gas detection instrument, industrial sensor, or precision instrument industry. Familiar with the working principles (e.g., electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion sensors) and structural characteristics of gas detection instruments. Experience in developing complete portable/fixed gas detectors is preferred.
3. Technical Competence:
+ Proficiency in using design software such as Creo and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing; experience in using simulation tools is preferred.
+ Mastery of mechanical design principles, material mechanics, tolerance and fit, heat treatment processes. Understanding of precision machining (e.g., CNC, injection molding, 3D printing) and surface treatment (e.g., anodizing, spray coating) processes.
+ Familiar with standards related to industrial safety instruments, such as GB 15322 (Combustible Gas Detectors), GB 3836 (Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres), and IEC 61779. Capable of independently completing compliance design and test verification.
1. Project Capability: Experience in independently leading medium and large-scale mechanical design projects. Able to formulate project plans, control schedule risks. Successful cases of cross-departmental collaboration (electronics, production, marketing) are preferred.
2. Comprehensive Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and solve mechanical faults in design and production. Attention to details and a strict sense of quality control. Good English reading and writing skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to the needs of urgent project delivery.
**What We Offer** ****
+ A competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, and annual performance bonuses.
+ Opportunities for career growth and development, including access to advanced technical training and promotion paths to leadership roles.
+ A collaborative and innovative work environment, with a team of talented professionals dedicated to driving technological advancement.
+ The chance to work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on Gas Detection industry and global users.
