ResponsibilitiesEngineer precise, scalable, and manufacturable solutions in building technology.Apply thermal, structural, and mechanical design expertise to powerful and efficient systems.Engage in hands-on prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure performance, durability, and safety.Collaborate with industrial designers, architects, and manufacturing experts for seamless integration.Explore and implement advanced materials and production methods.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.Proven track record of launching real, physical products into production.Strong expertise in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent), FEA analysis, and mechanical simulation.Experience with thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics.Background in high-performance product development in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of scalable manufacturing processes including machining, casting, injection molding, and precision fabrication.Experience in startup environments.Experience with large-scale projects.A deep passion for innovation and the drive to create elegant and functional systems.Relentless pursuit of excellence, challenging conventional wisdom and pushing boundaries.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
