You will need to be in the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) and can work from home on other days. **What You Will Do** + Design, develop, and verify components and modules for medical devices under minimal supervision. + Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and subsystem-level designs. + Prototype and analyze design solutions to validate concepts and performance. + Identify and resolve complex technical challenges using data-driven analysis, resulting in improved processes and outcomes. + Create and maintain engineering documentation, including Design History Files, in compliance with regulatory standards. + Ensure alignment with quality management systems and applicable regulations. + Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure project success. + Prioritize tasks and manage workload independently to meet project milestones. **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field). + Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience. + Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and models using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools. + Working knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in the medical device industry or regulated environments. + Familiarity with design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance. + Understanding of clinical procedures and product use. + Experience applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools.
