Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior MBSE Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as architect for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools.Leads, analyzes, and documents system user requirements including functional objectives, data sources, report requirements, and integration needs.Manages and may lead planning and implementation of large, complex systems and programs in function.Interfaces with senior management and executive leadership.Provides expert technical and operational support, resolving issues.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Analyzes system needs and translates technical requirements and functional specifications.Supports system analytics and organizational functions across the department and organization.Provides input and significant contributions to department strategic planning and goals.Acts as a resource to employees in the organization.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects OR a Master's degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects Experience with Cameo SysML Active Secret ClearanceExpert Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NGExposure to MDA test events and activities

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
