Senior Material Handler, Receiving Goods – 1st Shift – $23.20/hr
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

  

What you will do:  

Work with unloading in-bound freight from trucks safely and effectivelyPerform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving materials and foodsEffectively receive and process international in-bound materialsWork with domestic vendor on in-bound processesPhysically break down received palletized  while upholding qualityAssist with acceptance of finished goodsAdhere to inventory put-away processesWork with inventory team to track and report inventory quantitiesWork with quality and production team members to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the warehouseAble to proficiently operate or to learn how to operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and dolliesWork with quality technicians and logistics material handlers to ensure correct component identification and traceabilityMaintain a commitment to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

Education and Experience

High School or GED, preferred  Prior warehousing experience, preferredExperience operating Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lift and/or utilizing RF scanner, a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as neededGood visual acuity and demonstrated fine motor skills
