Job DescriptionDevelop cutting edge material technologies for tread and body applications (CVT and PLT) and enable best in class products worldwideLeading of and participating in Rubber Technology project(s)Communicate and document know-how regarding rubber technologies, including the translation of general component functionality in tire to compound propertiesSupport and provide guidance to colleagues from other departments regarding rubber technology related topicsParticipate as a team member in other R&D projectsMaintain a strong and trust based network with key interfaces

QualificationsAcademic degree in chemistry or natural sciencesIdeally, first professional experience in compounding and / or rubber chemistryHigh customer focus and interface management competenceAnalytical, goal-oriented and innovative approachVery good communication skillsFluent English language skills (written and spoken)
