Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-wide master data management (MDM) solutions, aligning with Bosch's strategic business goals.

Define and enforce master data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across various business units and technical platforms.

Drive the selection, evaluation, and integration of MDM platforms and associated data quality, data lineage, and metadata management tools.

Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, guiding them through complex master data integration and migration projects.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic and sustainable master data architectural solutions.

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience :

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in various MDM domains (e.g., Business Partner, Product, Asset) and hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Stibo STEP).

Proven ability to define and implement data governance policies, data quality rules, and data stewardship processes.

Exceptional understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, data integration patterns (ETL, API, streaming), and cloud-native data architectures.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Mandatory/requires Skills :
