This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and manage complex digital marketing solutions. As a valued member of our IT MarTech Delivery team, your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in advancing our patient-focused mission through the development and enhancement of Marketing Technologies, Digital Experiences and data-driven insights. + Your contributions will directly influence the improvement of patients' lives as you work alongside our global enterprise sales and marketing teams to document requirements, analyze business needs, and design innovative solutions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support business objectives + Act as IT SME for all EU/EMEACLA regional Martech requirements while balancing global configurations and enterprise scaled efficiencies + Manage multiple Martech solutions as primary architect/admin + Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations on solutions that align with technical capabilities + Design and develop scalable solutions that integrate with existing marketing technology systems with appropriate documentation, specifications and technical roadmaps + Collaborate with Marketing Technologies team to develop and refine strategies on Marketo Engage, CDP, ABM, digital analytics, etc. + Collaborate with other IT and business partners to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing tools and systems + Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to help them grow their skills and expertise + Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the business + Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors **What** **you’ll** **need:** The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing enterprise-grade MarTech solutions, demonstrating an ability to collaborate effectively to achieve remarkable outcomes. A progressive understanding of digital marketing technologies and business processes, complemented by hands-on experience with multiple marketing solutions, is essential. Your resume must show a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and business processes, as well as hands-on experience in multiple marketing solutions. Experience must include at least two of the following: Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You must be a strong communicator and passionate about working for a mission-driven organization, align to Edwards’ values, and be naturally curious about technology. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's in STEM or Business + 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations (8+ years with a Master’s degree in STEM or Business) + 6+ years hands-on experience with marketing technologies and platforms, including Marketo, Showpad, CornerstoneSalesforce and Marketing Automation + At least two years’ hands-on experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Learning Management (LXP/LMS), Sales Enablement, Digital Asset Management or equivalents + Experience working on IT-side and Business-side of Martech solutions + Experience in developing custom integrations and solutions for marketing automation platforms + Ability to translate technical requirements into business language + Experience in data visualization and dashboard development for marketing analytics, e.g. Tableau + Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams + Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment **What else we look for:** + Strong knowledge of Martech integrations and data flows + Veeva Promomats and Content Supply Chain workflows via Workfront Fusion and integrations + Adobe Experience Platform + Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies + SFDC Integration and Custom Object configuration + Migration, consolidation and change management strategy + Medical Device, Pharma or Healthcare experience
