Key Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end build, deployment, and operation of the MarTech and AI technology stack across channels and platforms.Define and evolve AI‑enabled marketing capabilities across content systems, search, and go‑to‑market execution.Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technology solutions, delivering measurable digital and commerce outcomes.Lead AI‑driven content and experience optimization initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI and future search.Act as a bridge between Marketing and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.Influence cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver complex initiatives in matrixed environments.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in MarTech, digital marketing technology, or AI‑enabled digital transformation roles.Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems (e.g. CRM, CDP/DMP, analytics, content and marketing automation platforms).Demonstrated ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.Strong communication skills; able to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.High learning agility with interest in emerging AI and digital technologies.
