JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Operations team plays a crucial role in KeyBank's Enterprise Marketing Department, supporting the execution of marketing programs across various business lines and client segments. The Senior Marketing Operations Systems Coordinator is an individual contributor responsible for maintaining and managing key marketing tools, including Webdam, Brand Central, and Brand Portal. This involves daily system management and coordinating within Workfront projects to provide templates and digital marketing assets as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manages workload through Workfront requests and tasks, ensuring they are complete, timely and resolving any information gaps.Oversee Brand Central templates, maintain existing templates, assist in creating new templates, and provide regular reporting, including weekly expiration reports.Keeps the Webdam tool up to date, executing uploads tracked via Workfront projects, and provides weekly reports on expiring assets and document downloads.Provides training to users on processes and tools.Actively participates in partner meetings, providing guidance and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.Partners with other project team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations.Ensures project scope aligns with stated business goals.Processes invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.Proactively handle all contract renewals. Manage vendors and TPM processes.Process user access system requests timely.Provides guidance on best practices, recommends template additions or removals, and identifies opportunities for simplification.Serves as the subject matter expert on system capabilities, content, and innovative ideas.Follows established processes, and thinks of new ways to do our work and manages risks effectively.Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management or related fields.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Experience in Digital Asset Management or Digital Media Management.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Digital Asset Management Software and Excel.Experience with Workfront, WebDam and Brand Central or similar tools is preferred.Experience in traditional and digital creative development process.Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies and cross-functional teams.Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills.Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner.Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
