Senior Marketing Specialist Job ID 237442 Posted 10-Sep-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing Location(s) Glendale - California - United States of America, Los Angeles - California - United States of America, Pasadena - California - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Senior Marketing Specialist on the Capital Markets Property Marketing team, you will work closely with CBRE sales professionals to supervise the development of high-quality marketing materials needed to support capital markets property marketing requests in your assigned geography. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer who has experience with project management and possesses highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills, and is able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. **What You'll Do:** + Build meaningful relationships with CBRE sales professionals, understanding their marketing needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. + Collaborate with CBRE sales professionals to figure out the best marketing approach for each listing, advising on strategy, deliverables, creative direction, and relevant resources. + Coordinate project kick-off calls and handle timely execution of projects from start to finish, including proactively identifying and addressing any potential challenges that could impact the project’s success. + Work with our design partners to create high-quality marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, brochures, and emails. Edit design files as needed to support speed to market and ensure all marketing materials meet CBRE brand and legal requirements. + Diligently enter project information in our project management system, Airtable, and adhere to file organization guidelines to run project files in Box. + Develop and maintain clear, concise, and consistent communication via email, phone, and Zoom to ensure deadlines and expectations are managed with CBRE sales professionals and design partners. + Educate stakeholders on the Capital Markets Property Marketing team’s capabilities and processes. + Contribute to a solutions-oriented and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. + Stay up to date on the capital markets business and relevant marketing strategies. + Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows. + Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Senior Marketing Specialist position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Marketing Specialist position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
