What this opportunity involves: 

 

This part-time Senior Marketing Manager role offers exceptional flexibility whilst delivering comprehensive marketing leadership for one of Melbourne's most prestigious precincts. You'll drive strategic marketing initiatives across retail, office, and residential sectors, managing high-profile partnerships and delivering innovative activations that position Melbourne Quarter as the city's leading mixed-use destination.

Please note: this position is part-time, 3-days per week.

 

 

An overview of the role:  

 

•        Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategy with integrated 12-month campaign calendar

•        Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, website management, and content creation
• Lead end-to-end delivery of precinct campaigns and activations from conception to analysis

•        Build senior-level relationships with retail tenants and external partners including tourism bodies and cultural organisations

•        Manage Precinct Activation Fund budget with full P&L accountability

•        Curate public art programmes and installations that enhance precinct appeal

•        Champion customer-centric experiences across all touchpoints whilst supporting retention and leasing objectives

 

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: 

•        Minimum 5-7 years' experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in property, destination marketing, or precinct management

•        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

•        Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and partnership development at commercial level

•        Strong digital marketing expertise and budget management capabilities

•        Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills across complex multi-tenant environments

•        Property industry experience highly desirable

•        Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends for events
