Senior Marketing Manager NV

What you will do

Direct product management through the entire product life cycle.Lead product management and Med Ed to drive synergies to maximize outcomesDevelop product marketing strategies including product portfolio definition, product positioning, and product combination for tender bidding, product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and incentive plan for product promotion for specific product line.Develop sales support in terms of provision of selling tools (features and benefits), product presentations, VIP customers and KOL visits.Be a part of the NV APAC Marketing councilLead market research including identify customer needs, collect competitors’ information, study industry and market trend, perform market analysis and identify market opportunities.Oversee the development of marketing communication materials such as product brochures, PM News, and product posters etc. Provide product information to support the update of company website.Monitor team to provide technical support / deliver training to sales force & distributors in the field.Keep strong Liaison between physicians/customers and the company regarding all education and training activities.Identify the market potential and needs for training and education. Lead team member conduct education and training program with physicians and staff.Organize events, conferences and promotional activities for new products.


What you need

Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration, or in Medicine or Biomedical Engineering. MBA preferred.Total of 15 years + experience and at least five years’ experience in marketing role either as Marketing Manager or Product Marketing Manager with people management experience and marketing experience within medical device sector, Neuro Vascular experience will be a value add though not essential  A proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs; Sales experience is a plus.Proactive to support both internal and external customers & ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization able to develop clear & logical plans for self and/or othersHigh level of responsibilityExcellent leadership skills to lead a team

Leadership (People Management requirement) Allocate work, provide leadership, guidance and management to staff, and provide coaching, constructive feedback and short-and-long term development opportunities for subordinates
