Grand Hyatt Nashville presents the opportunity to lead Marketing discipline. Compensation: $85,000 per year, Full-Time Day Shift Monday - Friday
The Marketing Manager drives the strategic vision of the hotel’s brand presence by creating and executing marketing initiatives that attract new guests, engage existing customers, and strengthen the hotel’s position within the market. This role influences revenue growth, guest loyalty, and community partnerships through innovative campaigns, effective media communication, and impactful brand storytelling. By combining creativity with analytics, the Marketing Manager ensures the hotel remains competitive and relevant in both traditional and digital channels.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
Design, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans that align with organizational and departmental goals. Oversee market research and evaluate the viability of current and future products or services. Develop and train teams on media communication plans to ensure effective and consistent messaging. Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Sales to manage media communications during incidents. Create multimedia presentations, marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials. Organize, coordinate, and actively participate in trade shows, community events, and sales blitzes. Build and strengthen relationships with local civic groups and businesses to enhance brand presence. Leverage social media platforms to drive engagement, visibility, and customer interaction. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns. Stay ahead of marketing trends, technologies, and creative methodologies to continuously innovate. Ability to build relationships and represent the hotel brand in the community.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years hotel marketing experience or an equivalent amount of industry-related experience. Hands-on experience with graphic design, web design, and multimedia production. Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and media communications.ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred. Associate’s Degree considered with relevant experience.Benefits
