Main responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Senior Marketing Manager to help lead our growth marketing function. Reporting to a Marketing Sr. Director, you will be responsible for helping establish and lead our growth marketing function. You will be accountable for driving brand building efforts focusing on: awareness, traffic to our site and store channels, digital membership enrollment, digital engagement and loyalty for Albertsons Companies, with a focus on our Health digital platform and Pharmacy products and services.
In partnership with the Planning, Media, CRM, Creative, and Customer Research & Analytics teams, you will execute on an annual plan, 360 marketing plans, integrated marketing campaign leadership to drive highly impactful programs to generate demand for our services and be accountable for the acquisition and growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate has proven performance in both traditional marketing and digital marketing and has a curious mindset to execute A/B testing, data driven learnings and insight-driven recommendations to continuously improve. The role will lead marketing integration across all channels, working with channel partner teams in: paid media, paid and organic social, search, CRM, video (product demo or brand building commercials) and in-store tactics.
Develop the marketing plan to raise awareness, drive demand, increase conversions and grow usage across our Health platform and Rx products and services: script acquisition, immunization, telehealth, food as medicine and more. Design and implement marketing campaigns using both paid and owned media channels, with a focus on performance and data-driven decisions to grow consumer activation, engagement, and retention - all in a collaborative and efficient manner. Work with creative team on brand building design that breaks through, has clear priority of communication, impactful messaging, and builds brand love. Collaborate with our social team on an channel strategy, influencer strategy, and content development- identifying key influential voices that can help evangelize the value of the services we offer to customers. Measure the impact of work by establishing the right OKRs and developing monthly reports and communicating results, insights and learnings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Create written documentation to communicate experiments and their results with the rest of the team and company, including lessons, action items, and recommended optimizations. People Leadership: Develop and guide a direct reportWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with at least 3 years in brand or health marketing within a large matrixed organization or within retail. Familiarity in working with Health, Pharmacy, Food or Grocery a plus. Proven success leading cross-channel marketing programs with measurable outcomes Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle priorities and influence cross-functional teams Demonstrate a strong record of consumer-centered campaigns that perform in driving traffic, customer acquisition and retention. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms like Adobe, Salesforce and Monday.com. Technical knowledge and marketing automation technology experience. Inspire confidence and be influential with a diverse group of stakeholders to create strong buy-in with technical, creative and operational groups. Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams. The salary range is $114,000.00 to $159,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
