We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading UAE-based diversified investment group with a strong presence in real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and real estate sales. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event platforms. Oversee the creation and updating of all marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and property listings. Optimize the company’s online presence through website management, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms. Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and lead-generation goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform marketing strategy. Manage CRM systems to nurture leads and enhance sales funnel performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, project launches, and real estate exhibitions. Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, and media outlets to manage partnerships and campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate identity guidelines. Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure to maximize ROI.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector. Proficient in digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and CRM tools. Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns, events, and third-party vendors. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
