What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to shape how marketing effectiveness is measured at scale? As a Senior Marketing Experimentation Analyst, you will lead the evolution of our incrementality testing and advanced measurement frameworks. Partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders across digital and brand campaigns, you’ll translate complex analyses into actionable insights that shape campaign planning, budget allocation, and data-driven growth.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Marketing Analytics.

What You’ll Do:Lead the design and rollout of incrementality testing frameworks, working with internal and external partners to define optimal channel-specific approaches.Execute and interpret lift studies, delivering clear insights on incremental ROI and channel effectiveness.Challenge and enhance our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), validating outputs through targeted testing.Analyze paid media, CRM, performance marketing, and brand campaigns to identify where spend drives the most incremental value.Translate data into strategic, actionable insights that influence campaign design, media mix, and budget decisions.Serve as the go-to expert on marketing effectiveness, aligning teams on frameworks, findings, and impact.

Who You Are:You have strong experience in marketing analytics across digital and brand marketing.You’re an expert in incrementality testing, lift studies, and ROI analysis, with a solid foundation in statistics and measurement methods (e.g. econometrics, attribution, experiment design).You’re fluent in SQL and at least one analytical/statistical language like Python.You translate complex results into clear, strategic insights for marketers and senior stakeholders.You combine business acumen with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
