In this role you would be able to dive deep into marketing data, analyze it, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business performance.
In this role, you will:
Regular and ad-hoc tracking, analysis, and reporting on different metrics and KPIs related to channel performance, GTM metrics, media & awareness, funnel metrics, ROI, targets vs actuals, and marketing effectivenessSupport data-driven decisions through providing actionable insights & recommendations for improvementCreation of reports and dashboards in Tableau, Eloqua, and SalesForceCreate, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders including development of needed data sources.Develop, manage, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.Understand the marketing & sales objectives, the business processes, and the underlying systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to better understand the metrics and present insightsParticipate and drive projects which support the marketing analytics & reporting strategyYour background:
3+ years of experience in analyzing data from multiple sources & drawing actionable insightsProven experience working with SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, and optimization).Strong proficiency in Tableau (creating dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports).Hands-on reporting experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google AnalyticsAdvanced Excel user comfortable with large date setsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong business judgement & marketing knowledge is a plusExperience in cross-functional projectsCurious, organized, with strong attention to detail, quick to spot data integrity issuesSelf-driven & adaptive to changeExperience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders; (tech industry is a plus)Excellent English and communication skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teamsExperience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake or similar) will be considered an advantageIf this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.
